Tricia Shive
Tricia Shive is an educator with nearly 30 years of experience in teaching and school leadership. After taking early retirement from school administration, she remains connected to education as a substitute teacher while supporting her adult daughter with autism.
Tricia holds a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education from Colorado Christian University and a master's degree in Administrative Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Colorado Denver. Her experience spans traditional and nontraditional educational settings, curriculum development, and homeschooling, providing her with a broad perspective on meeting the diverse needs of students and families.
In addition to her work in education, Tricia is passionate about autism advocacy and continues to train first responders in autism awareness and effective emergency response.
Kevin Shive
Kevin Shive is currently the Lead Pastor at Hillside Community Church, Executive Director of Serving The Shield -Rocky Mountain Police & Fire Chaplains, Chaplain for the Golden Police & Fire Department, Denver Federal Bureau of Investigations & Colorado Bureau of Investigations. In addition, Kevin is a subject matter expert for the Institute of Intergovernmental Research on the SafLEO team.
